Notes- Kit Hinrichs

Kit Hinrichs attended Art Center School of Design for graphic design. He was creating art since he was a young child and was actually told by a school teacher about the Art Center. After attending school he worked for many places including Pentagram. Regarding Art Center, he said the school is about not itself but about how students impact when they leave. The biggest thing I took from the video was what he said about human faces. Of the whole documentary he seemed to have such a passion for the human face. He said people like looking at people. There is an infinite amount of ways to interpret the human face. Another thing I took from him is the attitude he has toward clients. He said we don't change the company, we change how people view the company. He believes people should approach with the problem and then they come up with the solution. Also approach everything on the choice of telling a story.
